Job summary

VerityX Talent seeks an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead change initiatives across large-scale transformation and digital programmes. You will shape strategies for readiness, adoption, communications and stakeholder engagement while guiding training and development plans and ensuring sustainable business change.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in change management, proven leadership across complex environments, and fluency in English with mandatory Arabic.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in organisational change management, business transformation or change delivery.
Proven experience leading organisational change initiatives within large-scale business or technology transformation programmes.
Strong knowledge of structured change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, business readiness and change adoption.
Experience developing and delivering change communications, employee engagement programmes and training initiatives.
Strong understanding of organisational transformation, business process improvement and operating model changes.
Experience managing resistance to change and supporting organisational adoption of new systems, processes or technologies.
Ability to work effectively with senior leadership, programme management teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, influencing and interpersonal skills.
Experience developing change management plans, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments and adoption reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive organisational change management strategies, plans and frameworks aligned with business and programme objectives.
Change Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of organisational, process, technology and operational changes on employees, business units and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, analyse and engage key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business teams and operational functions, to build alignment and support for change initiatives.
Communications Management: Develop and deliver change communications strategies, including leadership communications, employee engagement activities, programme updates and awareness campaigns.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programmes, workshops and knowledge transfer activities.
Business Readiness: Conduct organisational readiness assessments and develop action plans to prepare business teams for new systems, processes and ways of working.
Change Adoption: Develop and implement strategies to encourage employee engagement, user adoption and successful transition to new technologies, processes and operating models.
Resistance Management: Identify potential barriers to change and implement strategies to manage resistance, address concerns and improve stakeholder acceptance.
Leadership Engagement: Support senior leaders, programme sponsors and management teams in communicating and driving organisational change.
Change Champion Networks: Establish and coordinate change champion networks to support communication, employee engagement and adoption across departments.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track change management KPIs, adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback and organisational readiness indicators.
Business Process Transformation: Support changes to business processes, organisational structures, roles and responsibilities associated with transformation initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate change management effectiveness, capture lessons learned and implement improvements to ensure long-term sustainability.
