Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience in financial services.
• Experience with IFRS, financial controls and regulatory reporting.
• DFSA/ DIFC regulatory reporting experience is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and strategic leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, governance and regulatory oversight.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including DFSA prudential requirements and capital adequacy.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, taxation and internal controls.
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations to CEO and Board.
