ETRA Talent in partnership with a growing institutional brokerage is seeking a Chief Financial Officer based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The CFO will lead the finance function, ensuring financial control, regulatory reporting, capital management and strategic financial planning to support sustainable international expansion.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience within regulated financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial control and regulatory reporting.
• Experience engaging with Boards, auditors and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function with responsibility for financial reporting, controls and governance.
• Oversee regulatory reporting returns in line with FSRA requirements.
• Manage capital adequacy, liquidity, cash flow and treasury activities.
• Provide timely management information, forecasts and financial analysis for leadership and the Board.
• Lead budgeting, planning and scenario analysis across entities and business lines.
• Assess financial implications of new products, markets and expansion plans.
• Monitor revenue, costs, profitability and financial exposures across the brokerage business.
• Oversee statutory accounts, external audits and relationships with auditors, banks and advisers.
