This role combines executive leadership with hands‑on financial stewardship. You will lead the overall performance of the group, drive growth across real estate development and investments, and ensure strong governance, reporting, compliance, liquidity management, and capital allocation.

Key responsibilities

Leadership and strategy

Lead the overall performance of the company, ensuring profitability, sustainability, and market competitiveness.

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the group’s real‑estate development and investment activities.

Identify and pursue new projects, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives; diversify investment portfolios to maximize risk‑adjusted returns.

Financial leadership and governance

Ensure effective management of assets, liabilities, and shareholder equity while maintaining financial stability and compliance.

Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and board‑ready reporting packs.

Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, cash flow planning, and variance management.

Own capital allocation decisions, funding strategy, and evaluation of major investments (IRR/NPV, sensitivity, scenario planning).

Real estate development and investment oversight

Monitor project feasibility, investment returns, and development risks across the portfolio.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
