Job summary

Consulture Search is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, compliance, and governance in Dubai. This executive position plays a crucial role in the company's financial resilience and regulatory integrity within the financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in finance, with strong leadership capabilities and a background in life, investment, and medical insurance. Fluency in English is a requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in finance.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership position within the financial services industry.
• Experience in the Life/Investment and medical sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage and optimise the company’s investment portfolio.
• Act as Company Secretary and governance lead.
• Oversee compliance with all applicable laws, including AML.
• Establish and maintain an enterprise-wide risk framework.
