Job summary

Emirates in Dubai is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Airline Operations (Service Delivery). You will lead backlogs across feature, NFR, BAU, and technical debt, acting as voice of the customer, partnering with business counterparts.

You will work with product teams across Airline Operations, Crew Management, and Digital Channels, participate in PI planning, define metrics, and grow a community of Product Owners.

Qualifications

• Degree or honours (12+3 or equivalent) required.
• 5+ years IT experience with product ownership/management.
• Experience in Airline Operations domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for story content, acceptance criteria, and end sign-off across backlogs.
• Ensure Technical Debt and Non-functional requirements are captured and prioritized.
• Capture BAU, Ceremony, and Spike activities into team backlogs.
• Prepare contribution to PI demo with other Product Owners.
• Maintain quality and integrity of features, managing risks and dependencies.
• Attend Product Management meetings, especially PI Planning.
• Define metrics to measure success and performance of work.
• Participate in establishing Product Owner communities.
• Contribute to Product Management Communities and evolution.
• Work with team to harvest team-driven innovation ideas for TPM community.
