Job summary

Etihad Airways, based in Abu Dhabi, seeks a senior product owner to lead end-to-end delivery, integration, and operations of airline Revenue Management platforms including PROS RM and GSO, with Amadeus Altéa ecosystem integration.

You will partner with business, technology, and external vendors to deliver enhancements, manage releases, ensure data integrity, and maintain operational stability across the Revenue Management landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in airline tech, commercial systems, or revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product delivery roadmap, backlog, release planning, and lifecycle for Revenue Management and Group Sales solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, integration designs, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage integrations and data flows across PROS, Amadeus Altéa Inventory, RAAV, schedules, fares, bookings, inventory, and revenue-related systems.
• Monitor interface performance, data quality, and SLAs, driving root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across technology, data, platform and integration teams and manage dependencies.
