Job summary

PayTech Group is seeking a Product & Program Coordinator to drive co-branded card and payments initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and ensure disciplined execution across product roadmap tracking, requirements, launch readiness, governance, and portfolio performance monitoring.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, Customer Experience, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Banking Partners, and external stakeholders to deliver on-time milestones and optimize spend

Qualifications

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Product Operations, Product Coordination, or Project Coordination.
Experience in payments, cards, banking, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services.
Knowledge of product lifecycle management, product launch, go-to-market, UAT, and post-launch monitoring processes.
Understanding of card acquisition, activation, customer lifecycle, portfolio performance, and spend growth drivers.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, banking partners, third-party vendors, and delivery teams.
Familiarity with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Coordinate product and program plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams.
Track product roadmap initiatives, enhancement requests, requirements, UAT, and launch readiness activities.
Manage governance forums, RAID logs, action trackers, stakeholder follow‑ups, and decision records.
Monitor product and portfolio performance across acquisition, activation, engagement, spend, and operational metrics.
Prepare executive updates, dashboards, status summaries, insights, and recommendations.
Support the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from requirements through launch execution and post‑launch monitoring.
Ensure program deliverables are executed on time and aligned with business, customer, and governance requirements.
