Job summary

LEAMS Education is seeking a Business Teacher to deliver Business Studies across KS3, KS4 and KS5, including BTEC units. The role emphasizes strong subject knowledge, structured curriculum planning and regular assessment feedback.

You will contribute to curriculum development, use real-world case studies, and help students build analytical and evaluative skills for exams and future careers. Dubai-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Studies or closely related field.
• B.Ed, QTS, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies across KS3, KS4 and KS5 including BTEC delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Business Studies across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
• Teach BTEC Business units per programme requirements.
• Develop schemes of work aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Prepare students for internal assessments, coursework and external exams.
• Cover core topics: marketing, finance, operations, HR, enterprise.
• Provide clear feedback and track student progress.
• Differentiate instruction for varied attainment levels.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and resources.
