Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is hiring a Business Development Manager in the UAE to identify and onboard new real estate clients, ensuring advertising commitments and onboarding training. You will partner with Sales Support, monitor client health metrics, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets while staying up to date with regulatory changes.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, a UAE driving license, 1.5–2 years of customer-facing sales experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Basic knowledge of sales processes.
Experience communicating and negotiating with clients.
Professional proficiency in English.
Flexible to learn new products over time.
Entrepreneurial spirit with quota-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Identify new clients through networking, competitors, and registration sites.
Sign up real estate accounts not subscribed to Bayut & dubizzle corporate plans.
Document client commitments and onboarding requirements at signing.
Collaborate with Sales Support to complete onboarding efficiently.
Train new clients to maximize signed tools and attend onboarding training.
Monitor client health metrics and ensure proper service use.
Manage client expectations and deliver excellent service.
Meet or exceed performance targets set by the line manager.
Stay updated on property laws and local real estate news.
Regularly update the sales reporting dashboard.
