Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–6 years in a tech or digital transformation environment.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specs, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong command of BPMN/UML or similar modelling methodologies is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for development teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business partners across the lifecycle.
• Support UAT, workshops, and documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and process maps.
• Facilitate continuous improvement, risk assessment, and project progress tracking.
