New Age Insurance Brokers LLC is hiring a Digital, Data & Operations Analyst to lead digital transformation and take full ownership of IT and operational systems from day one. This is a strategic, high-impact role based in Oud Metha, Dubai. The selected candidate will drive automation initiatives, manage digital tools, oversee IT vendors, and ensure compliance with UAE data and financial regulations while supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation and process automation initiatives
• Manage Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate)
• Oversee external IT vendors and service providers
• Ensure compliance with UAE PDPL and CBUAE regulations
