Job summary

Tanqeeb is recruiting a driven Sales Executive focused on the B2B industrial and catering sector in the UAE. Based in Ajman, you will target bulk supply contracts with automatic bakeries, catering companies, and commercial kitchens to expand market presence.

In this role you will manage end-to-end sales processes, build long-term client relationships, and coordinate with logistics and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and collections. A minimum of five years in UAE sales is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated sales experience in the UAE market.
• Hands-on sales experience with wheat flour, bakery ingredients, or related baking/grain commodities.
• Proven sales track record dealing directly with automatic bakeries and catering organizations.
• Valid UAE driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B client accounts, including industrial automatic bakeries and large-scale catering firms.
• Promote and sell core food products, including wheat flour, bakery ingredients, and bulk raw materials.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipelines from prospecting and product sampling to contract negotiation and closing.
• Maintain ongoing relationship management with commercial kitchens, corporate caterers, and industrial clients.
• Monitor market demand, competitor pricing strategies, and regional supply needs to adjust sales tactics.
• Collaborate with logistics and credit control teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and account payment collections.
