Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle, part of the Dubizzle Group, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to manage the B2B client base for the Cars vertical and drive revenue growth. You will work on your own initiative, approach new clients, and expand advertising spend.

In this role you will meet clients monthly, review accounts, upsell features, ensure renewals, and collaborate with management to launch new products while monitoring health metrics and staying informed about motor industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• UAE driving licence required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in classifieds or motors industry desirable.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good storyteller.
• Arabic speaking preferred.
• Flexible to new challenges and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients monthly and for renewals.
• Review client accounts and identify performance improvements.
• Sell additional dubizzle features.
• Ensure renewals and upgrades are timely.
• Collaborate with Management to sell new products.
• Be the first technical contact for clients.
• Monitor and analyze client health and metrics to drive usage.
• Maintain regular contact to protect spend and respond to changes.
• Understand client marketing commitments and competitor activity.
• Use insights to transfer spend from competitors.
• Manage expectations and hit targets.
• Utilize Salesforce for activity tracking.
• Stay updated on motor industry laws and local news.
