Job summary

Air Arabia is seeking a senior procurement leader to design and execute ground handling and airport services strategies across the network. You will drive cost optimization, supplier partnerships, and compliant contracting aligned with IATA SGHA standards.

You will manage end-to-end sourcing, evaluate business cases with Ground Operations, and oversee contract lifecycles while partnering with Airport Operations and Finance for route launches and expansions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, commerce, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Familiarity with IATA SGHA framework and ICAO charging principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead group-wide procurement strategies for ground handling and airport services.
• Conduct market intelligence, spend analysis, and supplier evaluations.
• Lead end-to-end RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and negotiate Ground Handling Agreements (GHA).
• Manage contracts through award, implementation, renewals and terminations.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, SLAs, and risk; drive continuous improvement.
