Candidate should understand the local market, build strong supplier relationships, and coordinate with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to optimize stock and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of purchasing experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of the local automotive market including spare parts and vehicle suppliers.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase automotive parts, vehicles and related materials from approved suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and product availability in the automotive industry.
• Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders per company policies.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales and finance teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Track inventory levels and initiate purchases to maintain optimal stock.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify new sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with procedures and budget requirements.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
