Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Procurement Category Lead for Automotive to drive strategic procurement initiatives across business units in the UAE. You will develop category strategies for Direct and Indirect spend, lead supplier relationship management, ensure compliance, and drive cost savings initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.

The candidate should have 7–10 years in automotive procurement, strong total cost analysis skills, and excellent communication to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• CIPS qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• 7 to 10 years of procurement experience, with a focus on automotive category management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies for Direct and Indirect spend in automotive procurement.
• Lead supplier relationship management and negotiation across Source-to-Contract.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs and drive cost savings.
