Job summary

ADNOC Gas seeks an Executive Advisor to partner with senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives, governance alignment, and performance insights. You will prepare high-impact reports and coordinate cross-functional programs to advance long-term objectives.

The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting governance frameworks, and delivering strategic recommendations to influence key decisions at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 18 years of relevant experience in strategy, governance, executive advisory, business planning, or leadership roles.
• Proven experience working directly with executive leadership teams and managing strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on strategic, operational, and corporate governance matters.
• Support development and execution of corporate strategy and business plans.
• Prepare executive reports, briefing papers, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate strategic initiatives and organizational performance against KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and executive-level initiatives.
• Facilitate decision-making through data analysis, market insights, and business assessments.
• Support the implementation of governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives and organizational priorities.
