Emirates is seeking a Senior leader to drive Key Account Development across its global commercial segments from Dubai. You will lead strategic partnerships, design innovative commercial models, and manage a high-performing team to accelerate growth across Student Travel, Humanitarian, Sports Travel, Medical Travel, Academic Travel and more.

The role demands a highly commercial, innovative leader who can navigate evolving distribution channels and translate market insights into scalable solutions

Qualifications

• Degree or Honours is required.
• Experience in Commercial, Sales, or related functions desired.
• Knowledge of airline industry and distribution channels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for Emirates' key commercial segments.
• Lead design and implementation of products, propositions, and partnership models.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team across functions.
