Job summary

SBK Real Estate is hiring a Storekeeper in Dubai to manage MEP maintenance materials, spare parts, tools and equipment. You will ensure accurate inventory control, safe storage, material issuance, stock replenishment and coordination with maintenance and procurement teams.

The role requires minimum 5 years in storekeeping within MEP or facilities management, with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing supplies, plus Excel and inventory systems proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Storekeeper experience, preferably in MEP maintenance or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance materials.
• Experience using inventory-management systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store MEP materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Issue materials to maintenance teams against approved requests.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and inventory transfers.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits and report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Label, organize, and safely store inventory items.
• Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and administrative departments.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain complete stock documentation.
• Follow company policies, inventory-control procedures, and safety regulations.
