Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an experienced Storekeeper to manage MEP materials, parts, and equipment, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and issuing to maintenance teams.

You will conduct regular stock counts, maintain records, and coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and admin teams. Proficiency with inventory systems and MS Excel is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in MEP maintenance or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance materials.
• Experience using inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stock accurately and work under pressure.
• Available to work in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store MEP materials, tools, spare parts, and equipment.
• Issue materials to maintenance teams based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment when required.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure all items are correctly labeled, organized, and safely stored.
• Coordinate with the maintenance, procurement, and administration teams.
• Prepare stock reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and inventory control standards.
