Job summary

Client of Careers International is looking for an experienced Store Keeper to manage daily store operations at the construction site in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in construction projects, with knowledge of construction materials and inventory control.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Experience in high-rise buildings and UAE construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Store Keeper in construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory control and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations at the construction site.
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued and returned.

• Manage daily store operations at the construction site
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued and returned
• Monitor stock levels and prepare material requests when required
• Ensure proper storage, handling and preservation of materials
• Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests
• Maintain inventory records, stock reports and documentation
• Coordinate with procurement, site engineers and project teams
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile inventory
• Monitor tools, equipment and material movements
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of store items
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Store Keeper in construction projects
• Experience in high‑rise buildings, residential and villa projects preferred
• Good knowledge of construction materials, tools and equipment
• Familiarity with inventory control and documentation
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP experience preferred)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• UAE construction experience is an advantage
