The role requires 4–5 years of managerial retail experience, a strong track record in maximizing business performance, and the ability to analyze stock, optimize cash

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of managerial retail experience.
• Proven record of maximizing business performance.
• Good understanding of main customer segments.
• Identifies critical paths and proactively coordinates stakeholders.
• Makes hard decisions and delegates when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest levels of customer service by the entire store team.
• Create innovative approaches to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and boost profitability.
• Track brand performance, stock levels, and fast/slow movers to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including funds, security, and records.
• Coach, train, and mentor staff to improve service through product knowledge.
• Ensure all Health & Safety, Security and Compliance policies are followed.
• Plan, organize and execute in-store processes including cash handling, stockroom and stock-take administration.
• Provide analytical feedback to Operations, Buying and Planning on products, ranging, and pricing.
