Job summary

CELINE in Dubai seeks a Store Manager to lead the boutique on the shop floor, drive sales, guest experience and loyalty, and embody the brand culture.

You will develop the team, oversee P&L, stock, store planning, and digitalization processes, while recruiting and coaching talent to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Business School, University or "equivalent experience"
• Experience: Retail experience required
• Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus
• Competencies: Strong business sense and ability to drive results

Responsibilities

• Business and client developer: monitor performance, identify improvements, manage CRM objectives, translate objectives into daily targets, liaise between head office and store.
• Brand ambassador and promoter: promote CELINE culture, ensure best client experience, handle delicate customer situations.
• Process owner: ensure legal/regulatory compliance, stock ownership, store planning, digitalization of the store.
• Talent Hunter, Manager & Skills Developer: recruit talents, manage team, coach for skill development.

As Store manager, you will act as the store Chief Executing Officer. You will be a model in terms of sales, customer experience and loyalty, spending most of your time on the shopfloor. You will promote the brand’s culture and values in its daily environment as well as a talent hunter, people manager and a skills developer.

Job Responsibilities

Business and client developer

• Monitor the store performance and always remain aware of market trends
• Take responsibility of the P&L
• Identify areas of improvement and work hand in hand with managers to implement action plans to achieve the commercial goals
• Establish a client-centric mindset to offer clients the best experience in store and achieve the CRM objectives
• Translate the store’s objectives into concrete daily targets and tasks, inspire the team to reach the targets
• Be the link between the head office and the store

Brand ambassador and promoter

• Be the ambassador of the brand and endorse the culture and values to promote CELINE
• Ensure the best level of client experience
• Handle delicate customer situations if needed

Process owner

• Ensure that all the processes are compliant with the legal, regulatory and internal requirements
• Being responsible of the Stock
• Being responsible of the Store planning
• Guarantee the proper execution of all tasks related to the digitalization of the store

Talent Hunter, Manager & Skills Developer

• Detect new talents in your daily environment and recruit them
• Manage the team to drive the business: create a positive work environment, develop the team spirit
• Regularly coach the team to ensure they develop the key skills expected at their position

Profile
