Formación

• 7–8 years of experience in luxury or affordable-luxury womenswear retail in Dubai.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar senior retail management position.
• Strong existing client portfolio and network across Dubai and the UAE.

Responsabilidades

• Take full responsibility for the store's sales, operations, and overall performance.
• Manage sales targets and KPIs, including conversion, ATV, and UPT.
• Build strong relationships with VIP and high-value clients and grow the existing customer base.
• Actively support personal shopping, styling, and complete-look selling.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing retail team.
• Manage staff scheduling and day-to-day store operations.
• Oversee stock, cash handling, replenishment, transfers, and stock accuracy.
• Effectively manage CRM and customer follow-up activities.
• Ensure the brand's premium image and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure compliance with mall procedures and operational requirements.

Our client, a premium womenswear brand based in Dubai, is looking for a sales-driven and commercially minded Store Manager to lead their upcoming store opening at Dubai Mall. The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial mindset and extensive experience in the luxury women's fashion sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in luxury or affordable-luxury womenswear retail in Dubai.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar senior retail management position.
• Strong existing client portfolio and network across Dubai and the UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic and English. Russian will be an advantage.
• Strong sales leadership and commercial awareness.
• Proven experience in VIP clients, personal shopping, and luxury customer service.
• Strong understanding of GCC customers and their shopping behavior.
• Proven experience in team management, training, and performance management.
• Experience with ERP / retail software; Nebim knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Professional and well-presented, with the ability to represent a premium fashion brand.
• Omnichannel retail and WhatsApp clienteling experience is an advantage.
