Job summary

Rituals in Dubai seeks a Shop Manager to deliver an unforgettable customer experience and empower a diverse team to excel. You will deploy the store’s commercial strategy in partnership with the Area Manager and drive key objectives.

You will hire, coach and develop staff, oversee daily operations, stock, cash handling and safety, and ensure the store reflects Rituals’ FOAM values for an international clientele.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of store manager experience in retail, hospitality, beauty or cosmetics.
• Experience in the Middle East with diverse teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related subject.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate targets into daily actions and objectives for the team.
• Develop staffing plans aligned with productivity targets and employee wellbeing.
• Ensure store operations through cash handling, stock management, health & safety, and maintenance.
• Hire and retain a diverse, talented team that represents Rituals values.
• Coach employees daily to develop their skills and commitment.
