Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages a plus.
• Retail sales experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills are essential.

• Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales targets and store success.
• Provide elevated customer service, address questions, resolve issues.
• Drive omni-channel sales and monitor key KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Coach staff, deliver training, and ensure compliance with SOPs and brand standards.
• Build strong client relationships, register clients in the Golden App for segmentation.
• Represent the brand, communicate heritage and product knowledge to customers.
