Job summary

Jobsatdubai in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Store Assistant to monitor all movements of store receipts, check expiry dates, prepare store receipt vouchers, and review supplier invoices from NMC Trading, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in monthly reports.

The role requires basic accounting competency, English communication, computer literacy, and willingness to work in warehouse conditions; duties include data entry in Tally, preparing cost sheets for OT consumables, coordinating

Qualifications

• Graduate or B.Com. with storeroom/warehouse experience preferred.
• Good English spoken and written; Arabic advantageous but not essential.
• Computer literate and able to use basic accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all movements of store receipt and check expiry date.
• Prepare store Receipt voucher.
• Check invoices from NMC Trading and reconcile with supplier invoices.
• Prepare cost sheets for OT consumable and reconcile month-end invoices.
• Request credit notes for damaged items or short supply and inform store in charges.
• Enter data receipt and issues in Tally daily and prepare variation reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
• Engage in procurement, receiving and storage of vaccines per policy and coordinate with departments during vaccine indents.

Qualifications

• At least a graduate or (B.Com.) with previous storeroom/warehouse experience may be preferred.
• Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
