Job summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable Storekeeper to join our hospital supply chain team in Dubai. You will manage inventory, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment with accurate stock control and timely distribution.

Applicants should have prior hospital or healthcare warehousing experience, strong ERP/WMS skills, and attention to detail. The role supports compliance with healthcare regulations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Storekeeper or related roles in hospitals or healthcare facilities is preferred.
  • Experience using ERP systems, WMS, or inventory management software is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, verify, and store medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and hospital consumables.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and ERP software.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of medical and non-medical supplies.
  • Issue materials, medicines, equipment, and consumables to hospital departments according to approved requests.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Track batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage conditions for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
  • Maintain FIFO and FEFO inventory practices.
  • Coordinate with procurement, pharmacy, laboratory, nursing, and logistics departments to ensure uninterrupted supply availability.

Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented Storekeeper to join our hospital supply chain team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hospital inventory, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, consumables, and warehouse operations while ensuring accurate stock control, timely distribution, and compliance with healthcare inventory standards.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience as a Storekeeper, Hospital Storekeeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, Inventory Controller, Inventory Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, Materials Coordinator, Stores Officer, Stock Controller, or Inventory Coordinator in hospitals, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical companies, or medical warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, verify, and store medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and hospital consumables.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and ERP software.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of medical and non‑medical supplies.
  • Issue materials, medicines, equipment, and consumables to hospital departments according to approved requests.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Track batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage conditions for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
  • Maintain First‑In, First‑Out (FIFO) and First‑Expiry, First‑Out (FEFO) inventory practices.
  • Coordinate with procurement, pharmacy, laboratory, nursing, and logistics departments to ensure uninterrupted supply availability.
  • Prepare goods receipt notes (GRN), delivery notes, stock issue vouchers, and inventory reports.
  • Maintain organized warehouse storage and ensure proper labeling of all inventory items.
  • Monitor damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory and coordinate appropriate disposal procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and healthcare regulations.
  • Support internal and external inventory audits by preparing accurate documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security within the hospital store and warehouse.
  • Assist in process improvements to optimize inventory management and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Hospital Storekeeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, Inventory Controller, Materials Coordinator, Warehouse Assistant, Stock Controller, Stores Officer, or Inventory Coordinator is preferred.
  • Experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical companies, medical distributors, or healthcare warehouses is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, stock control, materials management, and procurement procedures.
  • Experience using ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or inventory management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
