Job summary

Jobsatdubai in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Store Assistant to monitor all movements of store receipts, check expiry dates, prepare store receipt vouchers, and review supplier invoices from NMC Trading, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in monthly reports.

Qualifications

Graduate or B.Com. with storeroom/warehouse experience preferred.
Good English spoken and written; Arabic advantageous but not essential.
Computer literate and able to use basic accounting tools.

Responsibilities

Monitor all movements of store receipt and check expiry date.
Prepare store Receipt voucher.
Check invoices from NMC Trading and reconcile with supplier invoices.
Prepare cost sheets for OT consumable and reconcile month-end invoices.
Request credit notes for damaged items or short supply and inform store in charges.
Enter data receipt and issues in Tally daily and prepare variation reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
Engage in procurement, receiving and storage of vaccines per policy and coordinate with departments during vaccine indents.
