Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Stewarding Manager to lead the Campus, Logistics Centre and employee dining operations within the resort. You will oversee rosters, ensure HACCP compliance, manage maintenance programs and coordinate with stewarding, culinary and service teams to uphold hotel standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a leadership role in a 5-star hotel or integrated resort, with strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, MS Office and hotel systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: secondary school; higher credentials are an asset.
• Minimum age 21 years due to gaming/regulatory requirements.
• 5+ years in a leadership role in a 5-star hotel or integrated resort, 4+ years in stewarding operations.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals handling and storage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel operating systems.
• HACCP/ServeSafe certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Campus, Logistics Centre, and employee dining facilities.
• Manage departmental rosters for Campus and Academy.
• Lead maintenance and cleaning programs to maintain F&B areas and records.
• Coordinate training with Training Manager and ensure health/fire dept compliance.
• Enforce cleanliness and hygiene standards per HACCP standards.
• Assist in recruiting and supervising Stewards; coach and evaluate staff.
