Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Stewarding Manager to join the Kitchen Stewards team. The role focuses on planning and supervising kitchen cleanliness, inspections for health and safety, and overseeing banquet equipment maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in leadership within luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in stewarding across multi-outlet environments. English fluency is essential, and HACCP/ServeSafe credentials are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a 5-star hotel or integrated resort.
• 2+ years in stewarding operations across multi-outlet environments.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• HACCP certification is an advantage; ServeSafe is an advantage.
• Physically fit for cleaning high areas and lifting heavy items.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel operating systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist Stewarding Manager in planning and overseeing kitchen cleanliness and sanitation activities.
• Schedule daily kitchen inspections to ensure health and fire department compliance.
• Oversee maintenance of banquet equipment, both stationary and portable.
• Maintain inventory control and procure equipment and supplies within budget.
• Supervise stewards and organize training sessions with the Department Trainer.
