Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Steward - Main Kitchen to join the Kitchen Stewards team in the UAE. Primary duties include cleaning, sanitizing, and proper storage of crockery and utensils, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen areas, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.

The ideal candidate requires at least secondary education, with no experience required but 1 year in a 5-star hotel or integrated resort preferred.

• Knowledge of correct use, handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Fluency in English is essential; other languages are an asset.
• Physically capable of cleaning high areas, large equipment and heavy lifting.

Job description

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Steward - Main Kitchento join theKitchen Stewardsteam.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Clean, sanitize, and properly store crockery, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, including ovens, stovetops, floors, and ceilings.

Handle, use, and store cleaning chemicals safely and according to procedures.

Collect, remove, and dispose of kitchen waste in line with hygiene standards.

Follow instructions from Stewarding Team Leaders and Supervisors and support daily operations.

Build positive working relationships and communicate professionally with colleagues, management, and contractors.

Comply with company policies, Code of Conduct, grooming standards, and departmental procedures.

Adhere to health, safety, and recycling practices while promoting a clean, safe, and environmentally responsible workplace.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

The minimum educational qualification required is completion of secondary school; higher academic credentials are considered an asset.
