TALENTMATE in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a dedicated Sterile Production Technician to operate and monitor sterile manufacturing equipment, ensuring cGMP compliance and quality standards.

You will follow SOPs, document production records, and support cross-functional teams to prevent interruptions while maintaining HSE practices and PPE standards. On-the-job training will be provided; prior experience in sterile manufacturing and cGMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/secondary school with 2 years of experience in sterile manufacturing.
• Functional knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and understanding of operation processes.
• Knowledge of cGMP principles.

Responsabilités

• Execute production schedules and monitor sterile manufacturing processes.
• Operate production equipment in accordance with SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, quality systems, safety procedures, EMS, HSE requirements, and PPE standards.
• Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues, environmental risks, and safety hazards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and other cross-functional departments to prevent production interruptions.
• Support investigations, audits, EHS activities, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Train new employees on sterile production processes and equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure documentation is completed correctly and on time.
