Job summary

Julphar Pharmaceuticals in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Packaging machine operator to operate, monitor and maintain packaging lines within a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. You will ensure materials are checked, lines are cleaned, and batch records are accurately documented to meet cGMP and SOP requirements.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with about four years in pharma, basic computer skills, and good English reading/writing abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Basic computer skills and English reading/writing expected.
• Demonstrated commitment, discipline, learning ability, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain packaging machinery per cGMP, SOP, and EHS standards.
• Prepare, operate, and clean the production line; verify materials before use.
• Check product weight using calibrated scales; document batch packaging processes.
• Report malfunctions or technical problems immediately; maintain line efficiency and cleanliness.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and audits; perform additional tasks as assigned.
