Job summary

TALENTMATE in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dedicated HVAC technician to support operations across cleanrooms and production facilities, with a focus on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and GMP compliance.

You will work with the maintenance team to monitor system performance, assist with shutdowns, and ensure safety. Diploma in Mechanical or HVAC, 1–3 years’ experience, and good communication and teamwork are preferred; shifts may be required.

Qualifications

Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical or HVAC field.
1–3 years of experience in AC/HVAC maintenance.
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cleanroom facilities preferred.
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust systems, and chilled water systems.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor HVAC parameters and report abnormalities.
Assist in filter replacement, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
Support cleanroom environmental compliance and GMP requirements.
Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams during shutdowns and maintenance activities.
Follow safety and pharmaceutical GMP procedures at all times.
