Job summary

Julphar in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Sterile Production Technician to operate and monitor sterile manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe, efficient production in line with cGMP, SOPs and batch records.

The role requires a Diploma with 2 years of sterile manufacturing experience and knowledge of cGMP. You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Warehouse teams to maintain production schedules and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/secondary school with 2 years of experience in sterile manufacturing.
• Functional knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and understanding of operation processes.
• Knowledge of cGMP principles.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor sterile manufacturing equipment following SOPs and batch records.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, quality systems, safety procedures, EMS, HSE and PPE standards.
• Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues, and safety hazards; coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and other departments to prevent interruptions.
• Support investigations, audits, EHS activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train new employees on sterile production processes and equipment operation; maintain accurate production records.
