Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• High level of computer literacy and aptitude for learning technology and information systems.
• Excellent attention to data accuracy and detail.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical, reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with a university environment, academic advising, and higher education terminology.
• Experience with data entry, data validation, or quality assurance processes.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and provide support to system users.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support the implementation, configuration, and development of Stellic as AUS’s academic advising system.
• Serve as a key liaison between the ASC, IT, Office of the Registrar (OR), Colleges/School, and academic advisors on advising system matters.
• Support the development, review, testing, and maintenance of degree audit rules in Stellic.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of the ASC, within the parameters of the position’s part-time status, scope of work, and the successful candidate’s qualifications and skill set.
