Job summary

Uae Job Alert is seeking a detail-oriented FM Storekeeper in Dubai to oversee inventory operations and ensure timely distribution of maintenance materials. You will manage stock, maintain accurate records, and support maintenance teams while adhering to safety and operational standards.

The role involves receiving and inspecting materials, organizing storage, issuing items to teams, and performing routine stock counts with ERP-based record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; inventory/warehouse management certification is a plus.
• Experience as Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Controller in FM/maintenance sectors preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations; able to use ERP/inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming FM materials (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning supplies).
• Store inventory in an organized, secure manner for easy access.
• Issue tools, spare parts, and materials to maintenance teams per approved requests.
