Job summary

NAFFCO is seeking a Steel Supervisor to oversee fabrication and erection of structural steel, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate with production, engineering, QA/QC, and site teams to meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/civil/structural engineering, 5–8 years in structural steel and at least 2 years in supervision, with strong leadership and drawing interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering or related technical qualification.
• 5–8 years of experience in structural steel fabrication or erection; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of welding, cutting, fitting, and steel fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
