Keolis.MHI in Dubai is seeking a Station Supervisor to lead a team of Station Agents and Passenger Service staff, ensuring a safe, reliable and customer-focused station environment. You will manage shift duties, oversee station facilities, and coordinate communications with passengers and operations teams.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced transport setting. Experience in a metro or similar is preferred.

Formación

• Experience supervising frontline staff in a metro or transport environment.
• Degree or higher diploma in a related discipline preferred.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Station Agents and Customer Service Agents to deliver safe, reliable station services.
• Act as station shift leader and oversee all staff within the station.
• Ensure station facilities are safe and well-maintained.
• Provide timely information to passengers and coordinate announcements.
• Oversee evacuation procedures and emergency communications.
• Monitor passenger flow and prevent overcrowding on platforms.
