Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of experience supervising frontline staff delivering customer services in a metro station or equivalent.
• Ideally a degree holder or higher diploma in a related discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of the station environment and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Station Agents and Customer Service Agents for safe, reliable station services.
• Act as shift supervisor of a station and oversee staff authority and duties.
• Ensure station facilities are safe and in good working order.
• Provide timely communications with internal and external parties; deliver clear announcements.
• Monitor passenger flow, assist passengers, and manage crowd control during shifts.
• Oversee cash handling as required and report faults to control.
• Meet and greet customers and conduct performance reviews for staff.
