Job summary

Keolis MHI Dubai Metro seeks a Station Supervisor to lead a team of customer-facing staff. The role ensures a safe, reliable station environment and outstanding service at busy Dubai Metro stations.

You will oversee cash handling, information provision and incident response while maintaining staff appearance and compliance with procedures. The ideal candidate has 3+ years supervising frontline staff, and at least 6 months as Station Master within Keolis MHI Dubai Metro, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Ideally a degree holder or higher diploma in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience supervising frontline staff delivering customer services.
• 6 months as Station Master within Keolis MHI Dubai Metro.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of station staff to deliver a safe, reliable and customer focused environment.
• Supervise day-to-day station operations and assist in queue management.
• Plan and deploy additional manpower during disruptions or events.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and staff presentation.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and safety requirements.
