Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver documents, aircraft parts and items between airports, offices, suppliers and authorities across the UAE.

• Assist with receiving, checking, labelling and storing aircraft parts.

About FL Technics LLC:

FL Technics LLC, part of Avia Solutions Group, is a GCAA-approved Part-145 Maintenance Organisation providing aircraft line maintenance services to international airline customers.

FL Technics LLC is looking for a reliable and motivated Station Messenger to support our daily operations across the UAE.

The employee will mainly perform messenger and operational support duties while receiving on-the-job training in the Stores Department, with the opportunity to develop into an authorized Stores employee in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and deliver documents, aircraft parts and other items between airports, offices, suppliers and relevant authorities across the UAE.
• Drive company vehicles to transport materials, equipment and documents.
• Assist with applications, renewals, collection and delivery of airport passes and related documents.
• Coordinate with airport pass offices and relevant authorities when required.
• Assist with receiving, checking, labelling and storing aircraft parts.
• Support stock checks and maintain accurate store records.
• Ensure all items are handled and transported safely.
• Follow UAE traffic regulations, airport security requirements, safety standards and company procedures.
• Perform other operational support duties as required.

Requirements:

• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• A good driving record and confidence driving across different UAE locations.
• Previous experience as a messenger, driver, storekeeper or logistics assistant is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE airports and airport pass procedures is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written English skills, with the ability to read and understand instructions, procedures and documentation.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems.
• Reliable, organized and able to work independently.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain the required UAE airport security passes.
• Willingness to work shifts and travel between different locations across the UAE.
• Interest in learning aviation Stores procedures and developing into an authorized Stores employee.
