Job summary

Innovation City seeks a driven Program Manager to design, manage, and execute a portfolio of startup-focused programs. You’ll support founders from onboarding to growth, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality founder experience.

You will drive workshops, mentorships, and events, track progress with KPIs, and report outcomes while collaborating with partnerships, marketing, and operations to continuously improve impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in startup ecosystems, accelerators, incubators, or innovation hubs.
• Strong understanding of startups and early-stage business challenges.
• Proven experience managing programs, projects, or communities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end startup programs, including onboarding, incubation, and growth initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for startups, ensuring a seamless and high-quality founder experience.
• Support startups in their setup and relocation process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate connections between startups and ecosystem players including corporates, partners, and mentors.
• Organize and manage program activities such as workshops, mentorship sessions, and networking events.
• Track startup progress, gather feedback, and continuously improve program effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partnerships, marketing, and operations teams to drive success.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on program outcomes.
