Job summary

The Entrepreneurship Program Manager at BELDI in Dubai leads the design and delivery of high-impact programs for aspiring entrepreneurs. You will orchestrate bootcamps, workshops, and accelerator cohorts and ensure programs meet strategic goals.

You will build a robust network of mentors, investors, and partners across universities, NGOs, and government agencies, track outcomes, and prepare reports and funding proposals to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, or program management.
• Hands-on experience founding or supporting early-stage startups.
• Strong network in the startup and venture capital ecosystem.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Development Studies, or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
