Job summary

Mace is delivering a major regeneration development in Abu Dhabi, providing project management services for a mixed-use site with offices, retail and public realm. The Stakeholder Manager will support the Stakeholder and Communications Centre of Excellence, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality delivery while engaging diverse teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities include building relationships, implementing communications frameworks, and guiding teams to meet programme KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering stakeholder communications for property, infrastructure or construction projects.
• Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and foster inclusive leadership.
• Professional membership or equivalent development.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stakeholder and communications frameworks aligned to client and Mace requirements.
• Build trusted relationships with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.
• Support reporting, reviews and continuous improvement.
• Shape and mobilise the right expertise and resources to deliver project success.
• Lead integrated teams to achieve programme KPIs and client outcomes.
• Manage scope, budgets, risk, change and quality with confidence.
