Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Staff Application Operations Engineer specializing in Mobile Carrier Services within the Digital Workplace team. You will manage mobility services, optimize costs, and ensure compliance across the global workforce using ServiceNow for incidents, requests, and reporting.

You will maintain device catalogs, manage vendor relationships, produce dashboards, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM required.
• Operational experience in mobile carrier services.
• Professional experience with ServiceNow CMDB management.
• At least 3 years in the Digital Technology domain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date catalog of devices and services.
• Track and manage mobile assets and inventory.
• Manage relationships with carriers and device manufacturers.
• Develop reports and dashboards for usage costs using ServiceNow.
• Lead incidents and service requests; provide RCA when requested.
• Create end-user documentation and training materials.
