Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in the United Arab Emirates to design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalogs, and integrations while collaborating with product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements.

You will support Agile ceremonies, uphold quality assurance, and work toward platform upgrades, patching, and deployments, with CSA certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist and agentic AI.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience within ITSM environment.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ability to obtain CSA cert within 90 days.
• Extensive experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Must be a U.S. person.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, integrations, etc.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements.
• Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle
• Adhere to and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments.
• Participate in Agile software development efforts (standups, planning, grooming, estimation) to ensure quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers.
