Job summary

Aleroy is seeking an experienced SRE Lead to take end-to-end ownership of infrastructure reliability, observability, automation, and production engineering. This is a hands-on technical leadership role collaborating with Backend, Platform, Product, Security, and Engineering leadership to ensure reliability as the business scales.

You will design resilient Kubernetes-based infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and guide incident management, RCA, and on-call processes while mentoring teams to

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SRE, DevOps, platform/infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and cloud-native infra.
• Experience owning production incidents and RCAs.
• Strong scripting in Python/Go.
• Excellent ownership and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability, scalability, and production readiness of the platform.
• Lead incident response, RCA, and blameless post-mortems.
• Define SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams.
• Mentor engineers and drive automation.
